Acceptance of terms
Tatts is an AI tool for creating tattoo design ideas and previewing them on a photo. By using it, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old. We may change or remove features at any time.
AI-generated content
Designs and previews are created automatically by AI and aren't reviewed by a person. Results can be inaccurate or imperfect, and similar designs may be created for others. We don't guarantee that any result is accurate, unique or suitable for tattooing. You're responsible for reviewing every result before you use it.
Your tattoo decisions
Tatts provides ideas and visual simulations only, not professional stencils or medical advice. Always have a qualified artist review and adapt a design before it's tattooed. The decision to get a tattoo, and the choice of artist, design and placement, is yours alone. Tatts isn't responsible for any tattoo you get, the work of any artist, or any reaction, dissatisfaction or removal cost that follows.
Acceptable use
Don't use Tatts to create illegal, hateful or sexually explicit content, to copy logos, brands or characters you don't have rights to, or to get around our content filters. Only upload photos you have the right to use: photos of other people need their permission, and photos of minors aren't allowed. We may refuse requests and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Your designs
You can use the designs you create for any lawful purpose, including getting them tattooed. Because AI-generated images may not be protected by copyright, we can't guarantee you exclusive rights to a design.
Subscriptions and usage limits
- Tatts is a monthly or yearly subscription, paid through Stripe. If you start with a trial, your subscription begins automatically at your plan's price when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then, and renews each billing period.
- You can cancel any time in your account and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Each plan includes a usage limit to keep Tatts fair and sustainable. Limits depend on your plan and may change over time. If you reach your limit, you can keep using Tatts from your next billing period.
- “Unlimited designs to explore” refers to our Inspiration feed, where we share curated tattoo content to browse. It doesn't mean unlimited generations. Inspiration content is for inspiration only and belongs to its respective owners.
- We may change prices. For existing subscribers, price changes apply from the next billing period.
- Payments, including any trial fee, are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Limitation of liability
Tatts is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, any AI-generated result, or any tattoo you get. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. You agree to hold Tatts harmless from claims arising from what you upload or how you use your designs. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that can't be limited by law.
Changes and contact
